    How to Delete Your Account

    If you choose to delete your user account, you may do so at any time by following the steps below within the mobile application:

    1. Navigate to your Profile by tapping your user avatar.
    2. Tap the Edit icon to access the Edit Profile screen:
      • For the English version of the app, the icon is located in the top-right corner.
      • For the Arabic version, the icon is located in the top-left corner.
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the Edit Profile screen.
    4. Tap the Delete Account button and follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

    What Happens When You Delete Your Account

    Upon confirming deletion, the following actions will occur in accordance with data protection principles:

    • Complete Erasure of Personal Data: Your personal information, including your name, email, profile details, and any other personally identifiable data will be permanently deleted from our systems.

    Legal Basis and Rights

    You have the right to:

    • Request confirmation of deletion.
    • Access a record of what data was held before deletion (if requested prior to account deletion).
